Ernesto F. Aldover is a founder of Retz & Aldover LLP.  He provides quality legal representation for financial institutions, developers, large and small business entities, etc. in both litigation and real estate/business transactions. A University of California at Berkeley Economics undergraduate (1988), Mr. Aldover then attended Santa Clara University School of Law in Santa Clara, where he served on the school's Law Review and participated in the school's comparative real property law program (attending Oxford University) highlighting the differences between English and American real property law. In his two decades of work as a Southern California Real Estate and Business Law Attorney, Mr. Aldover has concluded more than $100,000,000 in HUD 223f loan transactions, represented both lending institutions and borrowers in loan transactions, and represented parties in contract negotiations and business purchases. He has also represented individuals and entities state and federal court actions and binding arbitrations business disputes, real estate and probate litigation.

Mr. Aldover has also enjoyed serving on the board of the Pilipino-American Bar Association and being an active member of the Real Estate and International Law sub-sections of both the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He looks forward to offering excellent Real Estate and Business legal services to the residents and business owners throughout the greater LA area for decades to come.
